Working with any professional service provider requires trust. You are considering entrusting me with a part of your future, so you need to know who I am, and how I work. My Service Process

  1. Initial Consultation/Eligibility Assessment: I start by completing an initial consultation/eligibility assessment. For individual visa applicants or visa holders, bookings for initial consultations/eligibility assessments are made through the Booking page on this website, or through direct contact with me. The fee for individual initial consultations/eligibility assessments is AUD 200. I will credit this fee against further service fees, if you choose me to assist with your application or to provide other services. Initial consultations/eligibility assessments take up to an hour to complete, and usually involve a questionnaire, online interview, and written advice. If you are a business looking to nominate or sponsor a visa applicant (or applicants), please contact me. We will need to discuss your situation to understand how best to move forward with eligibility assessments.
  2. Service Agreement: We enter into a Service Agreement for the service or application that is needed to move towards your goals.
  3. Information Collection/Provision of Advice: Further information is requested from you. Following receipt of this information, written advice on application preparation (including detail on stages, and information and document checklists) is provided.
  4. Information/Document Check and Application Preparation: I check, review, and provide advice on all documents provided by you. I prepare the required application forms, and forward to you for confirmation, prior to submission.
  5. Submission and After-Submission Service: I serve as your representative to the Department of Home Affairs, or other body as applicable, while the application is being processed. I receive all relevant communication, and assist with the appropriate response to such communication. After we receive the Department of Home Affairs’ decision, I assist you in understanding that decision, and any further actions, if required.
